No concrete floor coating is perfect, but our UV-HS Plus is pretty close. With traditional coating systems, you may be able to overcome one or two obstacles.
However, with our UV-cured coating, the potential issues are almost extinct.
Harsh Environments - UV-HS Plus is the perfect floor coating for harsh environments. It has an extreme resistance to abrasions and chemicals. There was no sign of deterioration after a minimum of 12 hours exposure to chemicals such as: mustard, ketchup, vinegar, bleach, gasoline, peroxide, wax strippers, motor oil, hydrochloric acid and even Skydrol®, one of the most caustic chemicals for concrete.
Heavily Trafficked Areas - Ideal for industrial, commercial & retail floors that constantly withstand heavy forklift and foot traffic - won't chip, crack or peel
Finish is too Glossy - For some, the idea of a cured coating that looks wet is not favorable. DiamaPro UV-HS Plus is available in gloss and matte finishes.
Slippery Surfaces - In extremely wet areas where additional traction is required, a blended aluminum oxide aggregate can be added prior to curing, resulting in a safer wet walking surface.
Surface Odors - Being infused with Microban enables DiamaPro UV-HS Plus to fight off odor causing bacteria.
Too Much Maintenance Required - UV-HS Plus is extremely easy to maintain. Routine scrubbing, sweeping or mopping is all it takes to maintain our coated surface.

Waiting Between Coats - UV-HS Plus cures immediately when exposed to Ultraviolet light. No production or operation time is lost while waiting for striped areas to dry and cure.
Bacteria - Microban is a proprietary bactericide and antimicrobial. it keeps floors cleaner by preventing damaging microbial growth before it can start. For applications for sanitation is crucial - cafeterias, restaurants, supermarkets, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical labs, kennels and veterinary offices - Microban infused DiamaPro is the solution.
I like that this UV Coating is not only beautiful but antimicrobial as well. NO more dark, damp crevices and capillaries that make it an ideal breeding ground for bacteria, fungi and other harmful molds and spores.
